A Refreshing Getaway: Loytee's Recent Team Outing to Cha-Am Beach

To foster team spirit and provide a well-deserved break, we recently organized a company outing to the beautiful Cha-Am Beach. This trip was not only a chance for our team to relax and rejuvenate but also an opportunity to strengthen our bonds and create lasting memories.
A Weekend of Fun and Relaxation
Cha-Am Beach, known for its serene beauty and tranquil atmosphere, was the perfect destination for our weekend getaway. Located just a few hours from Bangkok, this charming beach town offered our team a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok city life. The trip was included several sight-seeing visits along the journey including a visit to the famous Rom Hub Market.
The Rom Hub Market in Thailand is a popular night market located in the Samut Songkhram province, known for its vibrant array of food stalls, local crafts, and unique atmosphere. It is also famously situated alongside a railway track, where vendors quickly pack up their goods whenever a train passes through, creating a lively and dynamic shopping experience.
The next stop was to the temple known in Thai as Luang Phor Wat Ban Laem. This revered Buddhist temple is known for its statue of Luang Phor Ban Laem, a highly respected monk. Thai people visit temples like this to make merit, seek blessings, and pray for good fortune, health, and happiness, as part of their spiritual and cultural traditions.
Team-Building Activities
The outing was packed with various team-building activities designed to enhance collaboration and communication among our employees. We kicked off the weekend with ice-breaking games on the beach, fostering a sense of camaraderie and teamwork. The activities encouraged everyone to work together, bringing out the best in each other as well as seeing our colleagues in a more relaxed and informal setting.
Leisure and Exploration
Amidst the structured activities, there was plenty of time for leisure and exploration. Our team members enjoyed long walks along the beach and enjoyed visiting the shoreline to discover the sea life including many crabs in Cha Am area.
