Loytee Company Limited is a family-owned business founded in Bangkok in 1985 manufacturing sterling silver and gold vermeil jewelry. Since our founding, we have produced over 120 million pieces of jewelry and counting for our partners. Today we are passionate about working with jewelry brands that have a shared vision for high-quality products that will last a lifetime, and be enjoyed for generations to come.

Being a SEDEX certified company means that the organization has undergone an assessment process and met certain standards related to responsible and ethical business practices within its supply chain.
The Thai Gem and Jewelry Traders Association (TGJTA) plays an integral role in supporting and promoting Thailand's gem and jewelry exports.
The Thai Silver Exporters Association represents Thai businesses involved in the export of sterling silver products and work to enhance Thai exporters in the global market.
The AEO Standard Importers and Exporters Association helps to support standards for importers and exporters across industries and governments in the Kingdom of Thailand.
We ensure safety procedures to prevent harmful chemicals such as nickel, lead, or cadmium from being used in our supply chain.

Sustainability means creating a workplace that provides above living wages and benefits for our workers as well as career training and development.
The mission of the credit union is to provide an additional source of support our workers in case of financial emergencies. Today over 43% of our workers participate in this program.
Each year our employees attend retreats outside of the city to support overall health and wellness. After work hours we sponsor yoga, meditation, merit-making events for our majority Buddhist workforce.
Every May, before the beginning of the school year in Thailand, all children of our worker’s can apply for education scholarships to receive money to be used for tuition, books and supplies.
We provide a total of 90 days maternity leave including: 45 days paid by our company and 45 days paid by social security. Following maternity leave, nearly all of our workers return to work after their paid maternity leave.
According to the Global Living Wage Coalition, the 2022 living wage for Samutprakarn, Thailand the region where our factory is located is 353 Baht ($10.12 USD) per day. All of our Loytee workers earn above the living wage standard.
We have adopted the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals to give a framework to our environmental goals for 2030. Browse a brief summary of a few selected Sustainable Development goals below:
#5 | Loytee employs a majority female workforce. Currently Loytee employs 188 employees. The ratio of women to men is 130:58. Our ratio of women to men in our production staff is 2:1. Our ratio of women to men in our administrative staff is 3:1. Our ratio of women to men managers is 3:2.
#12 | Loytee sources our precious metals from accredited and certified gold and silver vendors namely ISO-Certified and Responsible Jewelry Council certified members. Refer to our Code of Ethics for more details.
#13 | Loytee has made a long-term goal to reduce our carbon footprint to zero by 2030 through reducing emissions and offsetting.
